10 NEWEST PIECES
Frequent questions and answers:
We've chosen a few frequently asked questions to help provide you with a positive experience in
choosing your inflatable rides. Hopefully you can plan your event and avoid those unfortunate
surprises that complicate what should be a day of fun and celebration.
1. How long is a 'regular rental'?
Ordinarily a rental is for 3 hours or less. However, extended rentals and multi-day rentals
can be arranged. Typically, each additional hour costs 10% of the regular rental
price for that ride. Multi-day rentals are priced depending on timing and availability.
2. Does Inflatable Connection deliver to my area?
We would pretty much deliver anywhere. However, due to time and distance to some
locations there might be a delivery charge. Call or email for a quote to your
exact location. Local deliveries are included in the regular rental price.
3. Is adult supervision required?
In order to safely operate our inflatables and to insure the well-being of the
children at your event adult supervision is always required while using
Inflatable Connection rides. You are responsible for the safety of your children
and the safety of the children under your care. See the next question for more information.
4. Can Inflatable Connection provide adult ride supervision?
Yes we can! For a small additional fee we can provide an adult attendant for each
ride you rent. We do this on a per person, per hour basis.
5. What about electricity?
This is a very important issue. Generally our rides operate on normal 110-volt house
current. The plug-ins need to be less than 100 feet from the ride. The problem can arise
when we have multiple fans in use. Only 2 fans can operate on a single breaker at a time.
If power or sufficient power is not available then we recommend a generator(s) which can be rented from
Inflatable Connection as well.
6. What about the weather?
Certainly the weather is a great concern. The biggest reason is safety. Lightning and
rain create dangerous conditions for using inflatables. Therefore, we don't want to set
our equipment in unfavorable weather. The problem is trying to determine when to set the
rides (based on weather) and when to take them down. In an effort to have a fair policy
for everyone we have adopted this one: If we show up and the weather conditions aren't favorable
then we won't set the ride and it won't cost you anything. If we unload and setup then
we consider it a rental even if the weather conditions deteriorate. If you would prefer
to not set the ride based upon obvious upcoming conditions on the day of the event
then we would appreciate notification ASAP so we don't travel to your location.
7. When is payment due?
We would like to have a deposit of 50% of the rental at the time of the booking or shortly afterwards.
is required at the time of delivery. Payment can be made by cash or check at time of delivery.
If you want to pay by credit/debit card then full payment should be made in advance because we can't process those in the field. Ask in advance
if other arrangements are necessary.
It is doubtful that we've covered all possible questions here so feel free to call or
email us with further concerns.
